I'm willing to change the exhaust system in spring, I'm now interested in tubi-style exhaust system+ Y test pipes for my 2012 nissan gtr. Wondering to get some suggestion....Thanks!

I know the Tubi is a favorite among the Ferrari crowd but I haven't heard of anyone installing one on their GTR even though I've seen Tubi makes one for it. Why don't you be the first and give us your opinions.

I purchased a Tubi header for Maranello a long while ago and the exhaust flange didn't align with the cylinder head so I have a fabrication shop to cut and modify it before I can get it to work. IMO, the product is nice but I don't feel like to buy Tubi again for my GTR so I went with Type ONe Racing instead.

There is a forum member that posted up a video and it sounded GREAT and I attached the link for the video . I was interested in this set up until I called Tubi USA and asked the the size of the pipes and it is 70mm which is smaller than the OEM exhaust. Why would you spend all that money ( tubi cost alot for a SS system ) and get a smaller pipe size than stock.

Yes 70mm. I called Tubi and was very surprised that Tubi would use that size. I went with the HKS Legamax at 85mm as this system is good until the 800 HP range and is sounds great with an unresonated midpipe.

Hi, thanks for your information! I'm also wondering to know the difference between install the smaller size pipes and the bigger one. And what is the size for the OEM pipes? If install a smaller size pipes such as tubi-style, it will cause any bad effect to the car? Thanks!
