It can replicate up to about 1 G . AKA turn it on its side. The whole thing is moving. If you turn the engine on its side, its like 1 G acting on the oil/engine.

OK, that was really cool...

It's not replicating the g forces on the oil, I assume it's creating the effective oil level angle from turning, braking, and accelerating and simulating situations where the engine could be starved of oil.

It can replicate more than 1g by spinning the motor. The cylinder bank on the lower side will experience 1g plus the acceleration due to the centrifugal force created by the quick spinning action.

Like on a swing, the Force your but experiences when you reach the lowest point is subject to gravity plus the acceleration created by the swinging motion.
