That's awesome. I hope that is not covered on his insurance and he has to pay the cost to have the construction work redone.

Believe it or not stupidity does not exclude coverage on any policy I've ever seen. There is however a clause in most policies that states the any loss incurred while in the commission of committing a crime is excluded. Tough exclusion to apply and enforce in a case like this. The driver will just lie and say he didn't do on purpose and he's off the hook. The insurance company will also get stuck paying for the repairs to the new cement as well.

I wonder if they were smart enough to powerwash that car before the cement cured though?
