Hi Guys,

My '15 nissan GTR has almost reached 6k miles now, meaning i will need to take it in for a maintenance. But I heard if I take it to a nissan dealership, they will just rip us off with the basic maintenance cost. So, I am wondering where you guys take your GTR in LA for any maintenance or service? Any reputable independent shop down here in LA that knows GTR very well?

How long does it take to do this kind of maintenance? I live in west LA, so might need the car for the drive back. Possible to do it in hours? And if you dont mind, can you qoute me on how much does it cost for this first maintenance?

First maintenance is oil and filter change, plus inspection of suspension and visible drivetrain components (like axles etc). Shouldn't take more than 2 hours for an experienced shop.

Depends on how west you are, RD Engineering in Oxnard is a great shop. They can do full build to FBO to maintenance.

You cant go wrong with sp engineering oh evassive motorsports they both do great job when it comes to gtr

AQ Motorsports in Torrance, by appointment only though. They've been heavily involved with the GT-R since the car came out in 2008 (formerly known as Harmon Motive).
