Interior Ambient lighting

I know there are a few kits out there. All the Mac and rear engine guys are doing it in their engine bays these days.

I can change the bimmer truck lighted speakers lol. Thought it was gimicky but finds it mellows me out when you cycle the colors and intensity.

What are the name of the kits? I can only find the footwell lights on Amazon LOL. Definitely won't be over doing it with crazy lights everywhere, just some subtle lights to make the car feel a bit more modern and on par with some other performance cars.

I’d tell you to check out the one bulletproof sells but it’s ridiculous.

Probably better to pull a couple things together from different suppliers.

EL Wire is pretty popular with the Hellcat guys these days. Comes out looking OEM and costs less than a trip to Starbucks.

Pretty sure you could set up something sweet with it in the GTR.

XKchrome has some nice rgb controllers and the app is pretty cool. Have them in 2 different cars

It would be awesome if there was GT-R specific interior lighting kit that was plug and play so you didn't have to splice wires or use batteries! Def something our cars are missing

Absolutely that would be great. My buddy just got a 2018 Golf R and there are plug and play kits that integrates LED strips on the doors and ambient light in the door pockets, jealous!

I'm in the process of making a plug and play interior footwell lighting kit for the R35 that ill be selling No wire splicing or batteries or anything.

I was thinking of Red, Blue, and White for the staring colors available.

Wondering what other colors folks would be interested in??

Orange! put me on the list for your kit! I'll order it alongside the light sills :drool:

Orange, Purple, and Green looks pretty cool in my bimmer.

The Orange will offset well with the needles and button backlighting.

White up top for accent - orange in foot-wells to tie in gauge cluster. Can you do a 2fer?

Oh yea! Orange for sure would be awesome. I'll add it to the list of colors I'm testing

Roger that Finally sourced the terminals and connectors to make the plug and play harness and putting some kits together now. Hopefully I'll have pics and some up for sale in the next few weeks!
