Is Cobb So Cal up and running?

Just wondering if anyone knows if Cobb So Cal is up and running. I've called and e-mailed but can't seem to reach anyone there. Waiting to get my 2012 custom tuned.

COBB Tuning

Cobb SoCal is just about ready to go for Dyno Tuning.
We are finishing up the dyno fans/ controls and will be booking tunes soon!

who's doing the actually tuning at the shop?

Why go to them directly? There are tons of shops in CA that can do the work and if so better!

Besides SP who else is there? And why would they (cobb) not do a good job at tuning? They created the AP!
