Nice setup... you're going to really appreciate the effectiveness of the HKS DCT cooler and the durability of the AP Racing J-Hooks. Those JRZ's are works of art... I'll bet you're going to love them.

You're in great hands at Jotech.

Awesome setup.

Just as a FYI these JRZ's are with the new softer spring package 750/600.

Let us know your overall impressions.

Enjoy the new improvements!

My first experience with them will be navigating Dallas traffic and a 500 mile drive back home. Not exactly the track format they were designed to conquer but will definitely be able to tell how well they behave off the track (which was the whole point of softer springs in the first place).

Now if I can just get my driving skills to be as awesome as my car, I'll be all set!

BTW, what's Sparco harnesses? The one in EVO 10 or GTR spec?
I'm running 4-point Sparco harnesses. No harness bar, shoulder belts attached to rear seat belt points. (Yes, I am aware that a harness bar would technically be safer).

Thanks Kenny. The car is running beautifully!

Here's a video of a few early laps yesterday at Mid America Motorplex (just south of Council Bluffs, Iowa).

Thanks! But what do you do to embed it?

Nice video, sounds like you're enjoying the car!
I just bought a GoPro HD which I think is what you shot this with, right? I tested it out and the sound is TERRIBLE! High pitched ringing tone and wind noise with very little engine/exhaust sound. Your video has much cleaner sound than I'm getting...

Yeah, I do like the wheels. Although I wonder if I'd like them better if the center silver machined part was gloss black like the spokes so it wouldn't look as busy.

As for the Go-Pro, yes, that's what I used. That was my first time using on the track. I just used the non-waterproof case and suctioned it to the windshield. Of course, I forgot to turn the mode to "upside down" the first time out but corrected it after that. Unfortunately, I don't have any tips on how to make it sound different though other than maybe trying other mounting locations.

NissanGTR: Thanks for the youtube embedding tip!
