Hi all, I just wanted to quickly share my experience with Kaizen tuning during the purchase and tuning cycles.

Sales (This specifically has to do with Ryan):

I messaged Ryan some time ago to inquire on what he could do for me regarding a package. His responses were almost immediate and his deals were impossible to beat. I was certain that all I wanted to do was purchase some down pipes for the sound and the mandatory tune but after a zero pressure call with him discussing the pros and cons of what I was doing, along with my goals I ended up deciding to do an FBO kit. Ryan had the invoice sent right over and the manufacturers were all notified that I needed the packages on a given day of the week to avoid and "family fussing". If you are looking for a reseller and someone with an excellent understanding of our cars then look no further, Ryan at Kaizen comes highly recommended!

Tuning (Rob Baker):

I, like many of you, have had experiences in the aftermarket industry in most all of my previous cars....some good....most bad. This however was by far the best experince I've ever had. As I mentioned earlier; due to the delicate nature of my households purchase policy I wanted to get all my parts installed and drop the tune on the car in one day. The injectors/mid pipe were all easy enough to do (thanks to those of you who made DIY threads!!!) but the intakes were somewhat of a problem because of the tight fitment. I facebook messaged Rob as he told me I could if I was having any issues and he immediately (i mean immediately) messaged me back with his phone number and had me call him. Maybe not a big deal to some of you, but this was midnight for him on the East Coast!

Long story short, we got the intakes put on and I powered up the Ecutek gear only to find out that the car had been tuned by the previous owner....WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! If my wife came home, the car was in the middle of the garage and wouldn't run the night before a big baby shower she was hosting at our place and my car was not driveable because of the new injectors I would be 6' under. Rob quickly sent me a new revision and the car fired right up! Rob was not only extraordinarily friendly, but he helped me whenever I had any questions and the car has never felt smoother (the "super duper trans tune" is amazing) and pulls like a rocket.

Last thing (I swear); to save me money on install I asked Rob if he could first tune the car on intakes, injectors, mid pipe and tune because I have neither the tools required nor the patience to put on the down pipes. Without a wasted breath he said "no problem" and here I sit probably $800 richer with a flawless car that will be tuned again once the dealer puts the down pipes on!

Thanks Ryan and Rob for making this easily the best experience I've had with aftermarket parts and tuning!

Hope this helps someone make a decision down the road....I'll never look elsewhere!

Chris
