Well now that my break in is done it looks like I average betwween 15-16 miles per gallon. I do about 70% highway and 30% city. These numbers seem low as the window sticker has 16-23 printed. Is anyone getting better numbers ? I guess I got a heavy foot (LOL)

Per MFD, since I got the car I'm averaged at 18.5mpg, which is not bad considering the performance.
I think not exceeding 2,000rpm until both engine and tranny oil are above 150F has helped.

I do not use MFD to determine MPG. I fill the tank up then reset trip meter to zero, then at my next fill up I divide my miles on the trip meter by the gallons I just put in. This method is the most accurate way.

I've got 15.5 on mine (700miles) as well.
About 400 of those were done on highway.
It used to be around 18, 19, but since I started to drive in manual since 500miles, mpg started to drop.
Yeah, consistent Manual operation is likely to result in a lower number. I once saw 22 MPG during break-in (in Auto mode). I'd say my average now, also in Auto mode, is between 16 and 18. Heavy foot 1/2 the time.

Worst case I get 18MPG... typically get 19.5 - 20.4 this is with a 13 mile commute... 8 miles city / 5 miles Hwy...

I get maybe 22MPG on the HWY cruising at 80.

Peace,
Dave

You mean, before trip meters, and digital mpg readouts? I think we all did this...

Kids these days, huh?

edit: 14 city, 19 highway (normally cruise around 75mph - speed of traffic).
