I put on a set of used Moton SS coilovers 3000 miles ago, and they have a weird metal clunking noise over any bump or imperfection. Is this the mounts or are the bearings shot in the mounts?

Could be a lot of things. Don't the Motons come with an aftermarket top hat?

Have had this problem with swap bar rubber bushings also.
