Guys I will be heading to Tokyo on the 19 and I need some help to understand the metro system

I need someone to tell me how to travel from Shinbashi Station "I will be staying in the Conrad hotel" to Nagaura Station which is in the Sodegaura District

The company that I will visit is going to provide transportation from Shinagawa station so my problem has been solved
