Hello guys,
I do not own a GTR yet. From the moment the car was announced my jaw dropped. I knew i had to have it, there was just no better car for the price out there. I'm a engineer enthusiast. I don't only look at how fast the car is in a straight line, but the general performance of it, durability, handling, steering, technology added for cornering, traction, and of course power, and much more.
I never really wanted to sing up to this forum because i don't own a gtr but i came to the conclusion that what better people to ask than gtr owners themselves. i am 20 years old i do not work, but currently i am pursuing a mechanical engineering degree. Between my mother, brother, and I own a charter company for regional flights in south america colombia. we also own a Brick company which produce roof tiles Bricks and much more. the reason why i'm pointing this out is because I've been looking at my financial situation and i believe i can afford one, but the biggest best quality problem is that my parents taught me responsibility and i know jumping on a debt of almost 100k is no joke. the corporation gives me 5k monthly for food, transportation (car), and home along with personal needs. if i were to buy the car i would prob have about 20k to put down and extra to at least pay the first 6 months of insurance. You guys as GTR owners, consider that i can afford this car? Mind you, i do have another vehicle that between me and my girlfriend pay but its only 480 a month.
I think about it this way, worst comes to worst luckily i have the luxury to say that i can either just pay off the car with a bi**hing of the corporation but would manage, or just simply selling it. Please help and give me a honest suggestion.
thank you,
Victor
