Hello all,

I am a new member coming from a built, blown z06 pushing 950rwhp and looking to purchase a GT-R very soon. Unfortunately, I live at a high elevation where we lose quite a bit of power. I am hoping to pick up a modded GT-R cause I am used to high HP. This place is a wealth of information and I am glad to be here.

Thanks,
Mike

I am hoping I can get the GT-R trapping at least in the 130's up at this high elevation. If I can, I think I will be happy with that. Before I built my Z, she had a nice cam set up and would trap about 127-130 here. That was a very fun set up.

It may not be possible on the stock turbo's at elevation. I'm running 100% dc on the wastegates and only see a peak of 18psi tapering fast to 12psi at redline. Of course this is on the dyno and the shop sits at 6200ft. My best trap is 128 at PMP which is at 4850ft and 126 at Bandimere which is at 5850ft.
