Pleased to meet everyone. I'm going to be lurking around these forums, and I will probably ask a lot of questions. I'm 25, currently. I don't plan on having a GT-R until the time is financially right... Something I've learned pulling my weight with my RX-8

I work in the IT field, and most of my time is taken up dealing with politics - not so much the actual work of an IT field personnel. It's sad to think I went to college for this... something i've learned in middle school.

I've known my way of being homeless, working hard to get next to nothing. My dream is to eventually own the GT-R. Not for the badge. If I wanted the GT-R badge, I'd buy one from Ebay and save me a hell of a lot of money and trouble :p

I've read multiple posts where young-guns (Under 30s crowd), have their own, new GT-Rs. I'm more of the working class person. Work and save and bleed. It's why I've been able to afford my RX-8. Not daddies. I don't live at home, I have not any lottery winnings, no barbie collection to cash on, no long-lost dead rich family member.

Now yes, the RX-8 IS vastly cheaper, owners of a GT-R can buy two for their one car. But to me, it was my dream car. I've got my dream car as my first bought car.

I have to go to the Emergency Room - friend had a car crash recently. Love, Peace, and hope to know everyone very well.

Oh, by the way, I come from rx8club. Great people.

Wanted to update as "Why" i'm here.

I know there's cars faster than mine, I know that no matter what car i'll have - cars will be built that are faster than mine. However, the experience in driving my car is what i'm looking. I'm also a tech geek, so the computer wizgos and the science behind the car intrigues me more than muscle. That's something that i'm told I can find with the GT-R. Much like the Rx-8, to me, i feel like the best part of the day is in my car. I didn't pick my car because of speed

Anyways, I hope to be contributor sometime. If not soon, sometime down the long road.

Get a 2012 GTR and you won't find many (any) cars faster on the road. Period.

The video speaks for itself. The GTR's strength is speed from a standing stop.
