Personally for a Nitto tire in that size I would be looking at the NT-05 Max Summer tire
275/40-20 in front (a bit taller than OEM so only for OEM suspension) fits 9.5-11" wide rims
315/35-20 in the rear, fits 10.5-12.5" wide rims
You get more dry grip but less comfort and quietness, and faster treadwear
