I believe most of gtr owners didSo who else scratched their head when Paul Walker was shifting his GTR with the shifter on the console?
Good friend of mine is good friends with Paul Walker and grow up with him. That same friends cousin has been Paul's stuntman in the first few Fast movies and the group will sometimes get together up here during the summers. He's actually a pretty good guy but a poor volleyball player! HA HASomeone bet me $1000 i cant get a photo with Paul Walker.. anyone on here make this happen? NY area.
yup... lol but 99% of people didnt even notice that..My favorite part was the opening seen where Paul Walker shifts through like 7 or 8 gears using the shift knob on the GTR and not the paddle shifters LOL!!! It would have looked just as cool if not better if he were up shifting and down shifting with the paddles.

Yup!!!! They always wanna use skme damn charger instead of a badass exotic! That red car that Dom drives with the huge wing is hideous! I don't even know what it was.wish they used the 458 and aventador in the movie... not just leave it parked and have people fire shots around them
now you're being ridiculousYup!!!! They always wanna use skme damn charger instead of a badass exotic! That red car that Dom drives with the huge wing is hideous! I don't even know what it was.

Seriously! LOL, what was that thing? It looked like a red shopping cart.now you're being ridiculous
Pretty sure that was an RB26 he put inDidn't anyone see when he took the R35 motor and put it into an R34 in F&F 4 ?
Whoever watched this movie and expected realism forgot that all past installments fucked logic and crossed out the rules of gravity. Newton would kill himself if he saw how his laws were broken!
I laughed at Dom's superman stunt, but the runway? That was too much. Who the hell needs 28 miles to land/take off with a plane?!
Then why did he pick an R35 from the impound lot? My memory on the movie is a bit hazy but I'm pretty sure he picked 2 cars - a red R35 and a blue R34, then said "I want that motor in that car" or something like that. Then boom, R34 is signed up to race. Or did I miss something?Pretty sure that was an RB26 he put in
Best post of this thread.Get a life LOL. You all here seem to forget that Paul Walker was a self-taught ginsu genius, master mechanic/tuner agent before he knocked up Dom's sister (he forgot to ask if she was Catholic) and turned crooked. He no doubt found that Nissan's little GT-R DCT transmission was inadequate due to all its inherent problems with overheating, solenoid and seal failures, and a limited power band.
Therefore one day at home, he decided to just replace it with his own customized rebuilt manual transmission that he had pulled out of the junk yard the previous week. He found an old fuel dragster differential and a bullet proofed it to handle the entire 2500 whp of his hand tuned forged engine.
And by the way, this section was obviously cut because the movie was already too long; this information did not really add to the overall plot and would have changed the timing of entire movie. You GT-R guys really are the worst movie critics in the world and have very little imagination. I feel ashamed for all of you.
