I don't know if anyone will ever touch John Shepherd's run a few years ago though:

We tried to get the car ready for this year but with the new set up we just did not have enough time to get it dialed in

That race was up there on my list of all time favorites.

By far the best race i've ever been to. I ran my Honda there but didn't take the GTR. Ran an 8.58 at 178 with the FWD street car though.

Yes I heard that from many people, some who've never been to MIR were very impressed with the event overall.

Great pass! I remember you were the first SWFD to run 8's, that was pretty historic as well, and a nice weekend at Etown. I can't believe what the FWDs are doing, nice payouts in the events also.

The Best Event I have been to in a few Years. Turn out was huge!

Would have been nice Shep to see you run the 1g, But saftey comes first!

Tony always love to see your 8 sec Street car make some passes, that car always impresses me.
