While I agree with the above post about the width of the wheel.
Paint is used on many nice forged wheels including the very common Volk TE37 and if done correctly is very durable.
Or powder coating, I am mainly after the look of the red inside, without investing thousands into wheels, I like the look of the BE wheels, however I want to get the red underpinning of the nismo wrapped around the car and thought the red on the inside of the wheel well would be a nice touch - just trying to see if that is realistic

If you bring it to the right place, you can make any wheel look like that. The wheels will need to be brushed on the inside of the barrel and then clear anodized red. Tape off then powder the faces satin black. Not difficult to do.
