Parking brake indicator not turned on. Speedometer/cluster expert advice needed!

The problem started after I removed the cluster to repair the LCD panel.

After installing the cluster, the parking brake light does not turn on when the parking brake is lifted.

I have checked and ruled out the followings:
1. Dead parking brake indicator LED
2. Faulty parking brake sensor.
3. Broken wire from the sensor to cluster connector.

I am running out of ideas on what else to check. My suspicion is the problem is within the cluster circuit.
Is there any procedure I missed? Any advice is appreciated.

Just did the cluster diagnostics test. All the lights including the parking brake light turned on. The connection from the sensor to the cluster connector also I have checked with multimeter (sensor switch connected to ground when brake lever up, and open when brake lever down).
