Product Showcase Auto Finesse Desire

Auto Finesse Desire has been painstakingly developed to offer the best possible carnauba wax finish at a realistic price point. A single application produces jaw dropping richness, strong water beading and a liquid-like level of glossiness that you could almost drown in. It's not quite as easy to use as the less concentrated waxes in the Auto Finesse portfolio, but in fairness none of them offer the same class of finish or upwards of six months of durability on a daily driver. It's clear to us that Auto Finesse Desire is set to be the wax of 2012.

Auto Finesse Desire is the new flagship product in the Auto Finesse range and, as you would expect, is packed to the rafters with pure Brazilian No.1 carnauba wax, essential oils and other deliciously scented fruit extracts. Like its forbearer, Spirit, it produces an intensively rich, dripping wet, high gloss finish with excellent water beading characteristics. A lifespan in excess of six months per application on a daily driver is achievable in the UK, and this can be extended further if it is layered from the outset.

How the wax arrives:

And out of the box:

Ok now smell the wax...:

Desire, Applicator, MF, and a clean prepped surface:

Spread on the panel:

Buff off:

Do the entire car as such and it will leave you with this...

Once again not bad results from being prepped with Rejuvenate then topped with Desire...

Thanks for checking out the thread! If you have any questions about the product or demonstration ask away.

What is the actual carnauba percentage? I might be interested in picking up a jar but I need to know what I'm getting if I'm spending $200.

Hey. Not that Caranuba % makes a blind bit of difference, but in relation to other products out there its 52%.

By the way the solids content makes more of a difference if you really want to know. You cannot measure a wax by the carnuba content.

I think the percentage does make a difference. I agree that two waxes that are both 50% can look very different, but I've found that it at least helps me to ball park how durable the wax will be. Something like Crystal Rock will last a very long time for a wax, as it has about 70% carnauba. 52% at least tells me that this seems like a pretty good deal.
