Quick update for everyone following the development of the R1K package - Tym just got back from the dyno and showed me this:



NEW DYNO:



Boost never went above 34.5psi. Fuel is VP C16.

Drove it to the dyno and back, no stalling, limp mode, CEL's or missed shifts.

I'm sure Neil/Tym will explain their new trans package details when they're ready. But in essence, they are using some Dodson pieces along with some other key proprietary parts.....
ahh good to hear... well hopefully its not an arm and a leg lol.. but my trans is due for a build shortly.. Have to start planning it out. Once my block is finished thats going to be the only thing left.

Thanks everyone, engine is built to run up to 8000rpm we just stopped that pull at 7200. We can run some more boost as well.

Custom externally wastegated exhaust manifolds feeding Switzer proprietary Garrett ballbearing water cooled turbochargers.
that was a lot of big words
