Hello everyone, first time posting in this forum. I've got a 1989 R32 GTR with RB26DETT and stock turbos. Less than 50k miles. I was at a stoplight and revved the engine only to hear a small bang and now the it doesnt go stututututu. I had to drive back to my garage with basically a naturally aspirated gtr....very embarrassing. I can hear the turbos whirring but the boost gauge idles at -0.5 and revs up to 0. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You have probably lost one or both of the exhaust turbines, pray that no chunks somehow went backwards into the engine.

You blew a coupler to the intercooler most likely. Pressure test the system and see if something popped off.

If it's just an intercooler coupler it should be immediately obvious from the engine not running properly unless it's been converted to speed density.
