Was stuck in traffic and noticed the coolant temps climbing to about 92-94C. Got home and left the car running to check the electric fans and they weren't spinning. Checked the fuse and it looked fine.

Does anyone know the threshold at which the fans turn on?

Does anyone know the pin out on the fans so maybe I can bump it with 12v to test if there bad ?

Provide some info on your car dude. Year, mileage, mods, when the problem started--SOMETHING.

2010 50kms and only mods are mid pipe and axle back exhaust. Noticed the problem about week ago, but could have been a problem before. I rarely been stuck in traffic so really never noticed it before. On the average coolant temps are around 80C.

That's normal operating temp in high heat or high heat and low air flow scenarios. Nothing to be alarmed about.
