As part of a promotional event last weekend in Austin to drum up enthusiasm for next year's Formula One race and the currently-under-construction Circuit of the Americas, Red Bull ambassador David Coulthard took the team's F1 show car for a drive around the track...even though the track is still mostly dirt. Doesn't matter. Why? Because David Coulthard is a f**king badass. He also did some donuts in the middle of Austin. Again, f**ing badass.

That must have been NUTS to hear that thing in person, let alone seeing it on public roads.

Side Note: LOLZ at the cop parked across the street from the light.

Be sure and let me know if/when they have an open track day if you don't mind. I will definitely bring my car down. It will be an awesome track and will be a lot of fun to get out on the track with you, your brother and the rest of the Austin crew.

The RB chassis looked a little... uncomfortable on the dirt... lol

Did you guys ever see the old Aussie movie "Smash Palace"? The guy lost his marbles & took his formula car & strafed the public roads @ full chat--classic scene...

Will do, & can't wait. There are 2 other road circuits lass than 20 miles from COTA which we can probably get you on.
