Wilson and the NorCal GT-R crew sure weren't kidding!

Jason, the GT-R Service Manager and Vince the GT-R tech are two of the best dealer representatives that I have ever dealt with!

I called and booked an amazing low priced $99 oil change with Jason and he was extremely friendly and even gave me his personal cell number! Vince and Jason greeted me when I arrived and answered all of my questions and were true "car guys" and not corporate "talking heads". I had some minor flaws on my 2012 center console as well as a problem with my clear corner light and both were replaced at no charge! I was treated like a king and while San Leandro is a bit far from home, this level of service is well worth the effort! I highly recommend this dealer to anyone in Northern California and someday when I am ready to upgrade to a 13, 14 or 15 GT-R I will surely see them first!

The center console flaws were cosmetic? Replaced under warranty? What was wrong?

On the 2012 the GTR has a very very very scratch prone dark grey center console stack. In fact there was a scratch present when I picked up the car brand new. I think even microfiber scratches it because I never put anything on it and only use microfiber to clean it and I still get more scratches. So I will try a new one and see what happens, probably the same issue but it's worth a try.

Jason and Vincent are great! I recommend them to any GTR owner.

Haha, speaking of San Leandro, I heard they had a new 2012 for sale, Charcoal Black Edition, ready to pick up on Saturday, I want it!!!

More love for Vince and Jason. Just had the 12 month POS and oil change done. They always take great pains making sure GTR owners are well taken care of. Their customer service is the best!

+1... Just got my 3 yrs POS, 18k service (@ 11k miles), oil change ($100) and cluster replacement done. Got to pick any rental car from Hertz (too bad no GT500). Picked up today and could not be happier. Vince is very knowledgable about the GTR. It's worth my 1 1/2 hour drive to and from SL Nissan.

Yes, cost me $400 labor since I already had fluids. It cost me more to buy the fluids and pay for labor than if I would of just let SL do it. 11 trans fluids and 3 diff Fluid canister.
