Scratched Disc

HI guys,

I may have had a small stone caught in my brake system, there are no audible sounds or difference in brake feel, but the disc has had a fine scratch.
Should I worry?
Thanks for your advice.
Cheers.
Sorry the photo is kind of dark.

Pull pad. Inspect. Foreign object gone...ignore.

If the object was still there should I hear a grating sound?
I have been driving the car in an underground carpark with the windows down gently braking the car trying to hear if any abnormal sounds are there. But nothing.
I hope its ok.

As others have said, the only way to tell if it is gone is to pull the pad and inspect it. I've heard from others that if you know there is a foreign body, do some moderate speed hard stops in reverse and this should dislodge the foreign body from the pad.
