Why not go with one of the bigger name e tuner ? I'm tuned ecutek through Visconti and has been running great on our crappy 91

I would not have any of the local tuners tune your GTR, as they are not that familiar with them. I'm on Cobb, and tune my own car, but am not looking to tune other peoples cars. However, I can at least steer you in the right direction, and get you on a more appropriate OTS map until you choose your tuner. First, I might advise you to ditch the HKS blowoff valves (if that is what you are using) until you convert to speed density (if you actually want to use a non-recirculated valve), and then one of the OTS maps can tide you over until you select who will tun your car.

Since your on Cobb, I would suggest an e-tune from Chris Black, CBRE, Visconti (does both Cobb and Ecutek) or one of the other Cobb tuners from this site.

As my other post indicates, I generally hang out at the various Saturday night car cruise meet spots at Kapolei Wendy's, and later at the Pearl City Starbucks near Walmart. If you are so inclined, stop by, let me go over your setup, and I can provide recommendations if needed. You can also see what I've done with mine, as I've got basic bolt-onsas well.
