Some updated information on our very own GTR.

Our goal was to achieve 1000 AWHP+. Unfortunately, we ran out of fuel using the ID 1000cc injectors. ID2000's will be going in shortly and tuning will continue.

997AWHP 30psi Using C16

Below is a comparison from our previous setup. With our SPE hybrid turbochargers (modified Greddy TD06), our low end response was not lost. We have gained more top end and have determined 1050+ AWHP can be achieved at 35psi.

More updates to come soon!

+130 whp = 160+ mph quarters?

So a 9.6 @ 150 mph car should go... faster than 9.6 at say 160 mph.

Would love to see SPE and Switzer in a headsup 1/4!! Astonishing numbers from both. Comparing the torque #'s between SPE and Switzer and that is a big difference; also on lower psi. ID2000cc will definately do the trick. Great job to both tuners!

Lets compare the 2 -close recent today charts. I noticed some things.

Rectangle Font Parallel Pattern Paper

Big difference in response. Of course different dynos read differently. It shows me that the Switzer car may have really big turbos on it.

I see the SP car peaking and then torque dropping off, which is usually a sign of exhaust restriction. That can be in the turbo, in the exhaust, in the manifold.

My eyes are off a bit. I looked at average torque.

assuming stock is ~400whp, this car is putting down a 100% increase in power vs peak stock by 4800rpm
also, by that same 4800 rpm it's at 80% of it's own peak power

looks like a good bit of area under the curve..

Looking at those two graphs and I noticed something crazy...
At 4200RPM SPE is making approx. 600whp vs. Switzer about 320whp
At 5200RPM SPE is making approx. 870whp vs. Switzer about 720whp
Do you guys see what I see
