Yesterday our preferred car transport company Thomas Sunday dropped off the next batch of cars at AMS. This now brings the total GT-R head count at AMS to 15. It seems as soon as we deliver a few... a few more are right behind them.

First we have Jeff with his 2010 GT-R from Pound Ridge, NY. Jeff initially wanted an ALPHA 9 but the temptation for the ALPHA 10 was too great. Jeff's goals are to build an 800whp Pump gas monster and we will deliver JUST THAT!

The second of the three cars to be delivered by Sunday was Chris' BRAND NEW 2012 BE GT-R. With only 30 miles on the ticker Chris wanted to take a brand new 2012 and serve it up with an ALPHA 9 package and some STUNNING ADV.1 Wheels!!! This lovely GT-R is headed to the Philippines once we are done. Chris has not even seen his car yet as we had it shipped right from Colonial Nissan to our door!

And last but not least is Tim Sanders' 1971 Chevelle. The mod list for this car is EXTREME but for Tim it wasn't enough. Whats better than one 8 sec car you ask..... TWO 8 second cars!

I'll have Tim pop in with details on the Chevelle but the short list is a 500 plus ci big block, two big turbos and 1300whp on pump gas!

We work on a little bit of everything here at AMS

I will have a separate build thread for each car as we get closer to completion. Thanks for looking!

Maybe AMS is just more public with things, but I feel like they were working on a few GTR's here and there before Alpha 12 and the 8 second pass and now HP junkies are just lining up at their door. With so many major builds going on whats the wait time like for someone who rolls in with an EVO 8 who wants something?

We have always had a steady stream of GT-R's rolling into the shop but workload has definitely increased. Despite the number of cars we still schedule very well and turn cars around super fast. Our large staff and facility help us to honor quick turn around times. Right now we are about two weeks booked out which is very reasonable.

Also this time of the year always spikes for us as people decide to start putting their cars away and what better time for a big build when you wouldn't be driving it anyway.

Not to worry, if you are considering sending your baby to AMS you wont have to wait long at all.

I can't wait to get it back! The anticipation is killing me. I'm trying not to think about it too much....
