I don’t recommend driving the car until the trans temp is at least 100 degrees F. We typically don’t move them around in the shop until then either. Which makes for great smells of e85 early in the morning.
It's rough clutch crossover when in cold conditions.
You can try some of the following:
clutch relearn (via ecutek or dealership)
new trans fluid
change trans touch points (need expert to help)
Lastly, you can drive the car in cold conditions, just drive in manual mode and let off the gas before up shifting. Should help reduce the rough crossover. Only go back to automatic mode once in optimal temperature range.
