Stripping Gears and Installing PPG/Dodson 6 gear set

Just curious.. this has been happening often on the big HP cars. Seems the gears cant take the huge power which is understandable, I notice a handful of people have installed the complete gear sets into their cars which prevented these issues.

My question is has anyone installed Custom Gear Sets in their cars and successful made it work.. Im sure AMS / Shep's maybe able to chime in on this.

I did a full PPG set and input shaft

anyone running the a full set of the straight cut gears?

We install full 6 gear sets often with no issues. You will hear more gear noise with a full sets.

yes i understand the full gear sets have been installed.. im curious of custom gear ratio's have been tried.. and if they made the TCM / ECU bug out?
