Every car show is a Supra and C8 takeover lol.

I see more C8s than Camrys on the road at this point.

I still don’t see too many around here (near Chicago) .
You can have them. I don’t like the styling it looks awkward somehow.
Saw one at the grocery store, it was fluorescent green, had a huge black wing (little too big). I laughed out loud, it just looked like it was trying too hard.

I rented one for a day and it was a damn good car. But the styling for me is like a Marvel movie. Appeals to the current trend without what makes something look beautiful naturally.

New guy here but yes. The c8’s are everywhere. I’m so sick of the Corvettes. They are on every corner.

I saw a white one the other night that looked pretty sharp, so I wasn’t laughing at them all.
The green one was just over the top with the bright color and huge wing - “Hey look at me, look at me!”

For clarity, I was not putting down the C8's....just saying how many there are compared to GTR at the car show. Actually I bought a C8 and picking it up this Friday. Not sure I am going to like it (never rode in one), but my out is that my son offered to take it if I hate it.

It wouldn't matter (to me) if you were.. we all have likes and dislikes...Clarification not needed....lol...

While I do agree they are much more prolific and I do enjoy the exclusivity of my GT-R, that does not drive my decision for purchasing a car - if it's right for me, then so what if it's also right for many others around my area. Having sad that, Corvette owners who strut about like their car is the only one on the planet are just plain pathetic (and yes, I have met such owners).

GtR ‘s are rare birds…that’s why i own one.
I like C8’s but wouldn’t buy a stingray….which honesty it’s great car.
Iam on a list for Z06 though….lol

When i was hunting for my gtr, I considered a c8 because local dealerships had them in stock at msrp… so, 70k-80k price was attractive because it was waaaay cheaper then my gtr budget BUT…. They are EVERYWHERE… and you barely see a gtr in the street… many times I’m the only one at cars and coffee and other events, but you see a plethora of C8 and mustangs (this is why i never took the mustang to any show lol. Love the car but i was another drop in a sea of mustangs)

bbbuuuuut… I’m on a list for a z06 in order to replace the mustang. Hoping to get one at msrp or small adm. every one i see is like 100k over.

I think half the country is on a Z06 list (or eRay or ZR1 or Zora or all 3). I am on Z06 list as well at MSRP and have been for 2+ years. The rollout of the Z06 has been pretty slow relative to previous gens and with the eRay and other variants, I wonder if it is going to get any better for while. Dealer estimates that it will be another 1-2 years before my name comes up, but I am fine with that since prefer '24 or '25 as not a fan of 1st years cars (motors). And I want the Z07 package and that is relatively rare. Dealer offered up a C8 at MSRP while I wait so took him up on it. It is a way to see if I really want a Z06. Time will tell.

Yeah, i know... they told me 2 years. I said fine because I'm no rush.

I tried to get an allocation for a gt3 and it was impossible. Everybody is willing to pay +100k for the car. Msrp when I did my first build was like 185k, now is like 205k (same build). I saw one locally with Everything but the carbon ceramic brakes and i was sold for 329k. Car had like 1500 miles. That's a big swing and i don't have that kind of extra cash sadly... z06 with z07 sound like a bargain after that
