I considered a C8, but the GTR seems more logical and I knew the c8s would eventually be everywhere. I’m happy with my choice and I’m never looking back
Yeah, i know... they told me 2 years. I said fine because I'm no rush.
I tried to get an allocation for a gt3 and it was impossible. Everybody is willing to pay +100k for the car. Msrp when I did my first build was like 185k, now is like 205k (same build). I saw one locally with Everything but the carbon ceramic brakes and i was sold for 329k. Car had like 1500 miles. That's a big swing and i don't have that kind of extra cash sadly... z06 with z07 sound like a bargain after that
My son has owned 8 GT3 in various trim.. Most recently the 3rs... It is the best sounding car and most reliable to beat on the race track.. When we get together, my FBO E-85 GTR just leaving him in the mirror.. All of that for 70,000.
Unless you want to go road racing every week end.. the GT3 is not a great daily driver...
