So i'm looking to lower my car a little bit, but hesitant because I dont know how much faster the swift spring or the kw sleeve kit will wear out my OEM strut.

I understand it may difficult to judge because everyone drives differently and where they drive it as well.

But let's say I road course my car 5~6 times a year and rest of the driving just highway and city. How much faster will my shocks blow? overall, is it worth it? how much does a replacement OEM strut cost?

I have the KW sleeve kit and have done one track weekend so far with it, and it was install about May of this year. I honestly can't answer your question about the OEM dampers. I don't think there are enough people with enough miles who would be able to answer this for you. I expect accelerated wear, but to what degree, I don't know.

I can tell you that I felt significant on-track improvement in handling and that on the street they do not feel any more uncomfortable than OEM. In fact, I can now "feel" comfort mode is actually a bit softer on the street.
