[ALPHA Performance]

Not too long ago we sent Jimmy K (owner) of "The Shop" an ALPHA 9 Turbo kit. Jimmy told us that he was not going to be shy with the car and despite the risks of pushing the car on the stock engine he really wanted to put the ALPHA 9 through its paces. Working with our tuner Chris Black at Jimmy's request we built him a very mild race gas (MS109E) map for the stock motor. Jimmy Knew he was rolling the dice but he also knew that an AMS 3.8 Race Engine was on his wish list.... so why not!

This past Sunday Jimmy was able to get his 9 second pass despite some issues with his stock transmission....that's right, stock tranny too! He reported to me that he was not able to use launch control but still managed at [email protected] mph! All on the STOCK engine and trans!!!

Congrats to Jimmy and the Crew at The Shop for an awesome achievement! Rumor has it an ALPHA 10 is on the horizon for this car so be on the look out Connecticut residents!

Don't quote me on this, but It seems like he was running w/ DR set up...
Nonetheless, a great achievement from alpha 9 on stock motor and trans. Congrats AMS !!!!
