if you got someone acting like jonny officer just put the pedal down and split most cases they will crash trying to catch up - this is another reason why not to have personalized plates as they are too easy to remember.

so what happened here is basically now all 3 of them are if not will get the following or were charged with

1) crossing yellows
2) reckless
3) speeding

and knowing this is probably on the east somewhere where the popo are speed nazi's, all 3 of them in the video had the book thrown at them.

What did the red truck have to gain by not letting the motor bikes pass - nice to know over some bullshit reaction like this dick in the truck could have killed or injured someone, and sadly we all have encountered dicks like the one in the red truck on the road, I think its an in breeding gene problem only found in the USA. Just makes you want to have a Dodge ram 3500 4X4 rear end the crap out of an ahole like that.

As much as I love bikes, I don't trust the nuts behind the steering wheel to use one.

The truck was definitely trying to block him. He came to the edge of the road, im amazed he didn't flip.

But at the same time, looking at the video - the bikers definitely were in the wrong at the same time.

Im glad it didn't get into a brawl or some back-woods country as he had a "I got to protect my land" mission. The truck driver had a long weapon in his right hand.

...I guess I'm a hypocrite as I love speed on back roads myself.
But I would agree with the punishment law-wise.

The motorcyclist crossed the double yellow line, risking the lives of anyone who may be coming in the opposite direction. Yeah the pickup truck driver was WAAAAY out of line here, but I'd be pissed as hell too if motorcyclists routinely raced through my neighborhood at high speeds, crossing double yellows, endangering the lives of my family members. So to hell with that pickup driver and to hell with those motorcyclists too.

And I'm not some irrational motorcycle hater. For a period of my life I daily drove a bike for a couple of years in Austin. I'll never get on a public road on a bike again. Experience has taught me there are just too many morons driving to risk my neck getting out there again on two wheels and no cage.

That truck driver should be charged with attempted murder or manslaughter. He literally tried to kill the motorcyclist. Now I know some of you bike haters will say the motorcyclists crossed the double yellow line, etc., but the fact is you shouldn't be KILLED for a traffic infraction! I hope they lock up that truck driver for at least a few years.
