would three AEM pumps be to much for the stock FPR and lines? i am about 800whp on E85.

Can I switch from twin walbro 458 in stock bucket to the tripple aem in a radium holder.
Will the tune need to be adjusted?
Yes. Tune is required. But 2 walbro 450s are capable of 1000 on E85. Stock lines is fine. FPR you should upgrade that if you want to make more power in the future.
The difference in total flow is 60lph. 450 x 2 =900 - 960 (320 x 3) = 60lph

I have to go back into the tank my scavenge pump is not working. Just wanting to go to something better than the stock bucket.

60lph more fuel requires a tune?

I have 3 of the AEM's in a radium hanger making 800 whp on stock fpr and rails. I left 1 on factory wiring and hardwired the secondaries. id1300cc injectors. the trick is having the secondary pumps come on at the right time. any competent tuner should be able to handle that. I later went radium FPR, rails and bigger lines but only to make space for more power later

its not about total flow, its about if your hardwired, if on one or both pumps, what you want to do in the future. If your a gambler, you can change out the pump config and check your trims. Don't forget the check valve. Radium underplays this heavily and the car takes forever to prime without it. I learned this the hard way. GL
My current setup is both pumps are hardwired. Stock wiring for trigger wire.

I was planning to run two pumps for primary and one for secondary.

Do you see any problems with this setup?

How are you going to wire the 2 AEMs as the primary? I've never heard of anybody running 2 pumps like that. I have the complete Radium Fuel Setup and I've done various combinations of pumps to find the right ones. I have another thread discussing the issues with the Radium fuel system. However, I think you're best bet is to get the AEM as the primary so the OEM FPCM can still use the logic from the ecu so you can retain the stages of 33% 66% 99%. It'll also keep the heat out of your fuel when you're idling. Then for the secondary, I would just get a Brushless pump. That combo of the AEM and Ti Auto BK1001 brushless setup is good for over 1100whp.
my car is using a fore FC3 fuel pump controller to hard wire my current pumps. my tune is already setup for the primary and secondary pumps to run full voltage all the time(just staged pumps). (all ready tuned that way). so if i use two pumps for primary and one pump for secondary, i will have increased my fuel plow at idle by 190lph which will return more fuel and heat the fuel in the tank faster resulting in sightly less power. any other potential problems with this setup? this is my first GTR build i am coming from the LSX world where a triple pump setup would run all pumps all the time. (no staged controller used)
Following. Just curious. A 800 HP GTR on E85 will make what HP on 93 octane?
Got the whole setup going. You can't run two aem pump at idle on stock lines and regulator. Tried it base pressure was 87psi. My afr and fuel pressure was exactly the same running 1 primary and 2 secondary as with the 1 primary and 1 secondary walbro 450s.
