I went ahead and took a gamble on this. I ordered their 4" titanium valved exhaust with burnt titanium tips. I'll post up my impressions once it arrives from Canada and I've installed it. This isn't a really well known brand but it checks all my boxes for a good price. (4", Valved, Titanium, bellows joints, manually controllable).
My current mid pipe and exhaust carried over from my past GT-R is leaking at the mid-pipe flex joints so it has gotten progressively louder on cold starts and cruising. The drone gives me a headache now on the highway and my kids and wife don't like ridding in the car anymore. I like how the Valvemaster system uses bellows joints that are less prone to failure. I also like that it uses vacuum actuated valves (that are less likely to fail then electric) and how these are run off of a trunk mounted controller instead of having to run lines up to the engine. I thought about just adding a new mid pipe with a resonator to quiet things down but I want my car to have the option to scream at WOT and quietly purr when cruising on the highway.
With the valves open and mufflers bypassed, I'm sure the car will sound great through the titanium pipes. My only concern is how quiet a 4" titanium system can be in quiet mode without a resonator in the mid. Customer support swears there is no drone with this system with valves open / closed with stock downpipes and no drone with valves closed with aftermarket downpipes. With stock downpipes and valves closed they report it is nearly as quiet as stock. We shall see.
