I have a strong feeling those are Ontario plates and the highway footage when they go under a bridge is the 403 - I could be wrong ... also the warehouse where they are doing a burnout seems to be the Toyo Tire warehouse factory near Steeles and Finch. The street signs and traffic lights also look like they are in Ontario ... I could be totally wrong but it seems to be filmed with Ontario cars in Ontario !!!

Little update - went on backstage productions website and it is definitely filmed in Ontario infact in TORONTO as if you go on their website you will see ontario plates on most of their cars .... www.backstage-tv.com
