Weird issue after catback install

Hi all,

The mods on my 2015 are as follows:

ANSU 1050cc injectors
GotBoost intakes
GotBoost non-resonated midpipe
EcuTek Linney Phase 5 Tune

Car was running perfectly until I replaced the OEM catback with a HKS Legamax. Now when I'm aggressive on the throttle and the car shifts into the next gear, the engine "hiccups" and jerks violently at the RPM prior to shifting. The car will shift into the next gear when I ease off the throttle. It seems like there is a ton of backpressure in the exhaust. Has anyone seen anything like this or know how to remedy it?

Thanks

Edit: was just a minor tuning issue - car runs great now

Maybe you need to adjust your clutch touch points?
Try running a transmission relearn. When the car is all warmed up put the transmission in race mode and let us know what happens.

I would log it and see if you're throwing codes.

I just put an IPE catback on my car with similar mods to you and it was so much more free flowing than stock I was overboosting and hit fuel cut. So its back in for a retune unfortunately.

Be safe!
Did you happen to get a new Phase 5 tune from Ben at the same time? If so, might have that Pop Bang feature enabled that will do that. Just would need to turn it off.

Had the phase 5 tuned installed before I switched the catback.. There wasn't any issues on phase 5 and OEM catback

Did you check for leaks......car should see better flow with the wider pipe ...at least thats how mines felt no adjustments needed with a ots tune .....the onlt thing l felt and that after every install round especially when on a left the the transmission is extra noisy until l put a few miles then lits back to normal. Is the pipe fron the mid pipe back or just catback
Maybe log a 4th gear pull and post it up.
Monster.... could fuel pumps cause the issue with the added mod he has l have the same setup but l change my pumps zero issues
