What’s deemed acceptable mileage when looking to buy?

Hey Ladies and Gents,

As per my introduction and first post I’m looking at potentially becoming an owner of the legendary beast of an R35. Budget wise looking at an older CBA model because newer models DBA onwards is crazy here in Australia.

Can’t justify rather spend the money on maintenance.

Anyways just curious what would be considered acceptable mileage when buying one I’d plan to keep forever.

I’m looking at one this weekend with 55,000km ($35,000miles) full papers and maintenance history.

Realistically if well kept how many miles can you expect to get from an R35?

I know it’s not expected to last as long as my daily beater cheap Toyota Yaris which are meant to go 300,000 miles but some form of gauge of expectation would be nice.

Cheers

there are folks on here with well over 100k miles
take care of it like basically any car and it will last you a long time. yes its going to cost more to maintain but it'll last. also depends on how it was treated for the fist 35k miles. just because its stock doesnt mean its been babied and doesnt mean it has been abused. records are good though and that is low mileage for a CBA

ofcourse will have any car inspected. If it’s been driven hard then guess better to have been as stock standard like Nissan intended then fully built.

thanks for the reply :)
