What is stock (non-adjusted) Boost levels )peak and taper)?

I just installed an AAM midpipe this past weekend. (my only mod other than Stillen exhaust and KnN filters). I noticed Boost levels peak around 14psi with a Taper to 12psi near redline. (I have stock ECU and NO Cobb AP or other electronic boost adjustments)

1) What are stock peak and taper boost levels?

2) Are these boost levels normal even after a Mid-Pipe install without tune?
