For anyone interested I found some info on four Nissan GTR "Takumi"

Izumi Shioya, Takumi Kurosawa, Nobomitsu Gozu, and Tsunemi Oyama

I don't think the engines (Yokohama plant) are built in the same location as the GTR assembly plant (Tochigi).

I did some checking, emailed NIssan USA.

They referred me to the GTR help toll free number.

I called it and the rep said to give them some time while they try to track down the info and then they would call me back later. It's been a few days.
From my VIN they knew the Engine serial number.

If I do get the engine tech build info, I will post the method by which it was obtained so that others can get the same.

I also have a Japan GTR owner I know searching for me as well.

I got the call back today from Nissan.

For all USDM GTR owners, there is no way for Nissan USA to get the engine builder's info for any GTR built before 2014 model year.

If I get more success from my other contact I will post it here.
