Hello everyone, I'm currently in a dilemma. I'm torn between buying a GTR or the bmw Supra. My budget is 85k, unless I find a really good deal I can push to ~95k. If I bought a supra, I'm estimating I'll pay $60k for it and have $15k left over. Which I'll then buy FBO, E85 kit, tune, and maybe some rims for it. From what I've read with FBO and E85 the supra can make 550 whp and 600 tq. Plus lets be honest it has a nicer interior and infotainment. Interior and infotainment just aren't Nissan strong suit. But then again a GTR is a GTR aka Godzilla and it's something I've wanted since I was little but the new supra has really caught my attention lately. But the GTR look way better then supra in my opinion. So has any of you guys owned or own a supra and did/do you like it? I'd like to hear what you guys thinking about the GTR vs Supra. Thanks.

I had a 2020 Supra, a 2020 rs3, and now a 2009 GTR, and I wouldn’t look back. The GTR does everything I want it to better than those 2 cars.
That said, the GTR does take more money to go faster.

Yea I like when I get the promotional mail that says I’ll get XYZ if they can’t beat my current cost. As soon as I say I have USAA they throw up their hands and I get the visa or gift card or w.e it may be lol.

I need to learn to crack the code on USAA, I've been with them since I was 16, over half my life ago lol.
I pay about ~287/mo for a 2018 Lexus IS350F, 2007 Tundra, and a 1994 Supra, and renter's insurance. I feel like it could be cheaper

At that budget… 2023 fully loaded mustang gt A10 or even mach 1, then add an ess g3 supercharger with bigger injectors, bap and bigger pump and still have money for a nice set of 17 wheels with drag radials… easily 700 whp… i can get you in contact with a couple ford dealers for you to place the order at 3% under invoice. Stock coyote can handle +1000 whp… wanna get more? Return fuel system, E85 and smaller pulley… +800 whp… I’ll hook you up with the supercharger too lol

I would rather just invest the money then buy a mustang lol Don't get me wrong they're great and fast car and have a great interior but they're not really special bc everyone has a mustang. I could go to a Walmart parking lot and see 15 mustangs GTs lol. It's not only mustangs either, the Camaro and C8 corvette aren't special either TO ME. I know I might get some hate about the C8. I swear everytime I go anywhere I'll see one. I want something more unique.

Then get the gtr, because the supra doesn’t have anything special… the bmw one… last cars and coffee there were only 2 gtrs… mine and another guy, but like 15 supras…. They are cheap, so, they are easy to get, and now they will come on a cheaper 4 cyl too so you will see them more
Only reason why I still have the gtr lol I want to get a Supra in a 6 speed but keep the gtr as the weekend

Same as me but with my mustang lol... my mustang will walk my gtr even after fbo e85 without issues but even when I love the car, it doesn't cause the impact the gtr does... wherever i go i have people asking to take pics, giving thumbs up, etc... the mustang is basically a stealth car... nobody pay mayor attention to it...
Just got done with the 93 octane tuning on my GTR. I’m very happy, wouldn’t go back to a Supra. The GTR does everything better imo. (Besides gas mileage)
In between these cars I had a fbo RS3 and a 2020 mustang gt with 3.0 whipple, and the GTR is still king even though it’s not the fastest outright!
